What You\'ll Do:

Location: Your local area (flexible)

Pay: From £12.85/hour

Type: Flexible/self-employed or umbrella-supported

Haven Respite is a new social impact service helping carers and families across England get the short breaks they need. Our trained Buddies offer flexible respite, companionship, and safe support — not personal care roles, but human connection and help that makes a real difference.

We’re building a national network of kind, reliable people who want to support others in their own community, on their own terms.

What You\'ll Do:
  • Visit local families needing short-term support
  • Provide company, simple care tasks, light activities or a break for carers according to your skills
  • Use our easy app to log sessions and stay connected
  • Accept sessions that suit your schedule and location
What We Offer:

£12.85/hour minimum pay

Choose your own hours and locations

Free training, onboarding & digital ID

Help with Enhanced DBS and Buddy insurance

Option to work self-employed or via umbrella with payroll support

Who We’re Looking For:
  • People with caring experience (paid or personal)
  • Warm, calm and dependable personality
  • Enhanced DBS (or happy to apply)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Good communicator, self-starter
