Join us in shaping the future of children's hospice care. At Haven House Children's Hospice, we believe every child and family deserves exceptional, compassionate and responsive care. As we continue to grow, develop our services and strengthen our partnerships across the health system, we are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused leader to join our Care Directorate. Working directly with the Director of Clinical Services and alongside operational leads, you will provide hands‑on leadership across multiple programmes and projects, helping to ensure that service developments are implemented safely, effectively and with families at the centre. This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for someone who understands healthcare, can navigate complexity and has the ability to maintain momentum and deliver change within busy clinical environments.

- Operational Delivery and Programme Oversight: Maintain oversight of concurrent workstreams, supporting delivery against agreed priorities, tracking progress, risks and operational dependencies.
- Governance, Quality and Compliance: Support implementation of governance, quality improvement and regulatory priorities including CQC readiness, operational assurance and policy implementation.
- Digital Systems and Service Development: Support implementation of digital systems, reporting and service improvement initiatives.
- Family Experience, Access and Equity: Support programmes focused on improving family engagement, equitable access and responsiveness of services.
