Your Opportunity
We're looking for a forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the development and roll-out of our Retail & EPOS engineering solutions across our UK parks. You'll play a pivotal role in evolving how we deliver retail experiences to our guests, creating seamless systems that improve efficiency and drive both revenue and guest satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to shape a product with a strong hardware and software component, working across Digital, Operations and Engineering to take solutions from concept through to successful deployment at scale. What you'll be doing
- Lead the product roadmap for Retail & EPOS engineering solutions.
- Deliver digital products that enhance guest experience and support business goals.
- Manage end-to-end product discovery, development, testing, and go-to-market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, UX, and Product colleagues.
- Ensure EPOS and retail products align with brand strategy, compliance, and user safety.
- Drive successful roll-out across multi-site operations.
- Use data to track outcomes and optimise product performance.
- Partner closely with operations teams to ensure smooth adoption and impact.
- Champion continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation.
- Keep guests and owners at the centre of all product decisions.
What we'd like you to bring
- Experience rolling out hardware/software products at scale across multi-site businesses.
- Strong background in product management, ideally within Retail or EPOS environments (e.g. supermarket, EPOS supplier, food delivery).
- Knowledge of UX design, agile frameworks, and product methodologies.
- Commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and guest satisfaction (NPS).
- Experience working closely with operations teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse competitor products and apply insights.
- Creative problem-solving and the confidence to challenge existing approaches.
- A collaborative, guest-centred mindset aligned to our Haven values.
- Flexibility to travel regularly across the UK.
