We're looking for:
- Locations: Devon & Cornwall
- Salary: from £33,000pa plus Benefits, and the opportunity to earn up to 10% Annual Bonus.
- Onsite accommodation available at some of our park locations.
There's something for everyone at the wide array of food & drink venues across our holiday parks at Haven. We've partnered with some of the biggest franchises in food & drink to bring some favourites you know and love onto our parks including Wetherspoons, Burger King, Papa Johns, Slim Chickens and Chopstix Noodle Bar!
As part of our Food & Beverage Leadership Team, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation in one of our main restaurants or branded fast-food venues.
- Follow standard operating procedures and brand guidelines, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
- Deliver our performance targets against budget, manage stock, margin, and cost control.
- Complete relevant administrative tasks including team Rotas, Safety and Legislative compliance checks.
- Drive continuous improvement, provide solutions to issues, and set goals for growth.
- Lead and coach the team ensuring they work productively and develop professionally.
- Engage and inspire the team to always be Guest obsessed.
- Effectively recruit and train new team members.

Experience and Qualifications:
- You may already be a Restaurant Manager or Store Manager in a Restaurant, well-known Takeaway brand or Fast-food franchise which is great.
- Or maybe you're an experienced Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager looking for the next step!
- Proven experience leading large teams in a Food & Beverage or similar environment.
- Experience in managing operations, performance, resources, and cost control.
- Can confidently deal with Guest concerns and resolve problems.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Strong decision-making ability.
