Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a: Restaurant or Bar Team Member where you'll play a key role creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Were on the hunt for friendly, upbeat Restaurant & Bar Team Members to bring some fun and flavour to our team! In this role, youll be the face of our restaurant and barsgreeting guests with a smile, taking orders, serving delicious food and drinks, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe that keeps everyone coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure every customer has a positive dining and drinking experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, from classic pints to signature cocktails.
- Work closely with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times.
- Keep restaurant, serving and bar areas clean, tidy and fully stocked, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Familiarise yourself with the menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, fast food or customer service role or as a waiter, waitress or bar person is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
