Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Contract: Fixed Term – 6 Months
Hours: Full Time – 35 hours per week

Join us in an exciting new role as a Payments Assistant, supporting the launch of Linked Bingo across our parks. You\’ll play a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and secure payment of winnings – all while being part of a friendly and supportive team. Day to day, you\’ll:
Download and prepare winner payment data from our bingo system
Verify high-value payments via telephone
Accurately populate and upload payment templates using Excel
Liaise with winners and internal teams, responding to queries with care
Schedule and track payment batches using PTX
Maintain clear and compliant payment records
Reconcile control accounts to ensure accuracy
Assist with email communications to winners
Support adherence to data protection and financial protocols
Help deliver operational efficiency across payment processes
What we\’d like you to bring:
Experience in finance, payments or admin roles
Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
Confident using Excel and financial templates
Familiarity with systems like Boomerang, PTX, or Bottomline (desirable)
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Comfort working in a busy, high-volume environment
