Requirements:

  • Proven experience in roles such as Bar Manager, Venue Manager, or a similar leadership position in hospitality.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial management and Cellar Management.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
