As a Guest Experience Team Member, you\’ll be interacting with guests and owners to ensure they feel welcome, valued and have everything they need for a memorable experience. From cheerful hellos to problem-solving pros, you\’ll play a key role in making every guest\’s stay unforgettable., Experience in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Reception Team Member or a similar role in guest relations or customer service is beneficial but not essential; we provide training.
