Grounds we provide training. - A genuine interest in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work. - Basic plant knowledge (e. g., identifying weeds, pruning, seasonal care). - Familiarity with tools and equipment such as mowers, strimmer's, hedge trimmers, etc. - Willingness to work in all weather conditions and undertake physical tasks. - Full valid Driving License required. - Due to operating grounds maintenance machinery, candidates must be 18 years and over.
