We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic In-Store Bakery Assistant to prepare, bake, and display fresh pastries and other bakery items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a range of fresh products, including bread, pastries, and other bakery treats.
• Ensure displays are well-stocked, clean, and attractive for guests throughout the day.
• Provide friendly and efficient service, answering customer questions and offering recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in all areas.
• Assist with managing stock levels, including checking product freshness and rotating items as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bakery or food handling role is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and flexible hours, including weekends.
• Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
