We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Creative Activities Team Member to lead a variety of hands-on workshops, from crafting and painting to DIY souvenirs. Key Responsibilities – Host and facilitate arts and crafts sessions, guiding guests of all ages through creative projects. – Set up, organise, and maintain materials for all activities, ensuring a clean and inviting space. – Provide step-by-step guidance and encouragement, helping guests feel confident and enjoy their creations. – Engage guests with friendly and enthusiastic interactions, creating a warm and fun atmosphere. – Maintain high standards of safety, ensuring guests, particularly children, enjoy activities safely and responsibly. – Support other activities and events as required, helping guests make the most of their holiday. Requirements – Experience in arts, crafts, or a similar creative field is beneficial but not essential-training will be provided. – A positive, friendly attitude with strong communication skills. – Enthusiasm for working with people of all ages and creating memorable experiences. – Ability to work well in a team, with a flexible approach to tasks. – Strong organisational skills, with an eye for detail. – Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays. This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
