Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Bertie's Ice Cream Team Member, where you'll be at the heart of creating memorable moments for our guests, one scoop at a time. In this role, you'll add a sprinkle of joy by crafting tasty ice creams and dreamy sundaes, serving up smiles with every treat!

Key Responsibilities

  • Scoop, prepare, and serve delicious ice creams and sundaes, ensuring each treat is beautifully presented.
  • Provide a warm, welcoming experience, assisting guests with flavour choices and providing helpful answers about menu items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the counter, service areas, and seating spaces, upholding high hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and create a positive, enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Ice Cream Assistant is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or food service role is beneficial.
  • Strong guest service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
