We are seeking an organised, friendly Pool Receptionist to manage guest bookings, share information on pool activities, promote essential swim accessories and help keep our changing facilities clean and tidy. If you enjoy a guest-facing role and have a flair for service and sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth start to their pool experience.
- Promote and sell pool essentials like armbands, goggles, and other swim accessories.
- Provide information on pool schedules, safety rules, and available amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing facilities and toilets, contributing to a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Monitor bookings and pool capacity to maintain a safe and enjoyable setting for all guests.
- Experience in a customer service or sales role is beneficial.
- Friendly, confident communicator comfortable with promoting products to guests.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
