Position: Activities & Pool Manager

Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Bonus: Up to 10% Annual Bonus

About the Role

We're looking for an Activities & Pool Manager who genuinely loves leading a team and creating brilliant experiences for guests. You'll run our activities programme and pool operations, managing everything from scheduling and budgets to coaching and developing your team. This isn't a desk job; you'll be hands-on, visible, and actively involved in making things happen. What You'll Do

  • Lead your team: Motivate and coach your team to deliver brilliant activities and pool experiences whilst managing performance and supporting their growth.
  • Own guest experiences: Address concerns and drive improvements to keep guests happy.
  • Manage operations: Handle scheduling, budgets, and resources whilst maintaining safety and compliance.
  • Solve problems: Quick thinking to tackle issues as they arise.
  • Support development: Mentor your team and create growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a leadership role such as Swimming Pool Manager, Activities & Leisure Manager, or a similar leadership position in Sports, Leisure or Hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Fast-paced environment experience with attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver.
  • Organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Budget and financial management experience.
  • PPO and SPTO certificates preferred (we'll support training if needed).
  • Health and safety knowledge.

This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
