BARR Personnel is looking for 5 HGV Class 1 Day Drivers for a permanent contract in Stowmarket. You will be provided with your own vehicle Monday through Friday. The tramping positions will have early starts and may include four nights out a week, plus occasional run-ins on a Saturday.
Successful applicants must be able to provide checkable work-related references or history. All applicants must hold a valid Class 2 licence (CAT C), CPC Card and Digital Tachograph card.
- Minimum Standards
- HGV Class 1 licence (CAT C+E) held for at least 2 years for insurance purposes
- Driver CPC card
- Digital Tachograph card
- No DR, DD, DG or IN conviction codes on the driving licence
- Good communication skills with colleagues on site
- Safety boots and hi-vis clothing
- Delivery experience is essential
