BARR Personnel are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Day/Night and Tramper Drivers for an ongoing contract in Felixstowe, with the chance of a full-time job.
You will be provided with your own vehicle Monday to Friday, working from 04:00 to 16:00 during the day and from 17:00 to 03:00 at night. All tramping positions will have four nights per week and may require runs on Saturdays. Work is carried out for a long-established haulage company out of Felixstowe throughout the year.
Qualifications- HGV Class 1 licence (CAT C+E) held for at least 2 years for insurance purposes
- Drivers CPC card
- Digital tachograph card
- No DR, DD, DG or IN conviction codes on driving licence
- Good communication skills with colleagues on site
- Safety boots and hi-viz apparel
- Delivery Experience Is Essential
- Overtime after 10 hours
- Guaranteed 10-hour days
- No deductions for breaks
