We are looking for a motivated Diabetic Specialist Nurse, to become an integral part of our Nursing team. Ideally looking for part time hours to support our Diabetic Chronic Disease medication reviews.

Main duties of the job
- Manage and supportingpatients with Diabetes including assessing, diagnosing and treating inaccordance with agreed medical/nursing protocols.
- Will provide and managecare programmes autonomously or under the instruction/referral from GPs/NursePractitioners
- Supports practice protocolsfor the surgery and clinical protocols for the clinical team to work within.

Qualifications
- Good standard of general education
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Membership of professional body
- Specialised Training or Certificate in Diabetes Care

- Practical experience of working with others
