Join our Voids Team and make a real difference by conducting quality repairs such as carpentry, locksmith, glazing, framing and other associated areas in our homes. We own and manage approximately 8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We are committed to customer‑centric service, investing in our existing homes—including our zero‑carbon journey—and building new homes.

Base pay range: £36,990.20 per year, plus company van and fuel card.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose faults and rectify them effectively, aiming for first‑visit repairs wherever possible.
  • Maintain awareness of all company policies and procedures, including the tenant handbook.
  • Identify repairs that are not landlord responsibility and report them to the line manager.
  • When additional work is required, provide clear information on scope, duration, and materials.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 in Carpentry/multi‑skilled or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a repairs/maintenance environment.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Good customer care skills.
  • Competent user of IT.
