We have an incredible and rare opportunity to join us as a People Business Partner, on a permanent full-time basis. Be the strategic heartbeat of our organisation. As our People Business Partner, you'll align people strategy with business goals, lead meaningful change, and help shape a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce.
We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.

Requirements:- Partner closely with leaders to shape and deliver People strategies that support business objectives, using a proactive business partnering approach.
- Play a key role in designing and implementing initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and drive employee engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to line managers, providing coaching and guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Support the rollout and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks, enabling employee development and productivity through the Learning Academy.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of succession planning initiatives, building strong and sustainable talent pipelines for the future.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting or leading change management.
- Employee relations casework experience.
- Understanding of People policy and compliance requirements.
- An annual salary of £42,039.34.
- Hybrid working conditions from home and our office in Bury St Edmunds.
- Flexible working around a 37 hour week.
- Annual Leave - 28 days per year, (plus bank holidays) increasing to 32 days when you reach your 3rd year with us.
