We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as Restaurant Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to oversee daily operations, inspire our dedicated team, and contribute significantly to our unique and evolving culinary concept.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery for both our brunch and evening concepts.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate our front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
  • Uphold and exceed the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering to maintain optimal levels and manage costs efficiently.
