Experienced Head Waiter / Waitress – High-End Brunch & Japanese Izakaya
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our growing team.
Have An Avo Atelier is a premium all‑day brunch destination that transforms into a stylish Japanese‑inspired Izakaya and fine dining venue in the evening.
This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurants and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in busy, high‑end restaurants, preferably in Central London.
- Experience with Japanese, Asian, or fusion cuisine is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food, service standards, and guest relations.
- Basic wine, sake, and cocktail knowledge.
- Good understanding of food allergies and dietary requirements.
- Food Safety & Hygiene certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and upselling skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional at all times.
- Positive attitude with a strong team‑player mentality.
- Fully flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, split shifts, and busy trading periods.
