What we do: Our core enablement services cover six key components within two service strands:

  • Data layer strategy, design and implementation
  • Tag management strategy, deployment and maintenance
  • Analytics strategy, implementation and insights support
  • Conversion rate optimisation strategy, execution and insights support
  • Personalisation strategy, execution and insights support
  • Omni‑channel digital customer experience journey orchestration

We guide our clients onto a digital maturity path to ensure they get the greatest value from their data set by removing any inefficiencies or uncertainties around accuracy.

The Role: We are looking for an exceptional candidate for a substantial leadership position within DMPG, driving forward data collection with our most exciting clients. This opportunity arose due to a temporary maternity leave. The role requires extensive experience with Adobe Analytics, an appetite for learning, strong project management, and the ability to communicate vision to senior decision makers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the primary interface for our clients running their workstreams as per the six core services listed above.
  • Ensuring all client requirements are understood, documented and validated, drawing on your experience to help define requirements.
  • Providing strategic guidance on measurement, optimisation, and activation initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve client data maturity and supporting the Client Services Director and the client on digital experience strategy and tool selection.
  • Delivering training support to clients based on advanced capabilities of core tools we use.
  • Creating and reviewing requirements documentation.
  • Reviewing and supporting solution reference designs, implementation plans, and QA processes.
  • Supporting the configuration of analytics tools (Report Suites, Target Activities, etc.).
  • Coordinating internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Supporting the delivery team to ensure QA is completed to the highest standard.
  • Creating segments, calculated metrics and performance dashboards to meet all reporting requirements.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics implementation.

Data Activation and Optimisation:

  • Leading experimentation and optimisation programmes for clients.
  • Supporting the design, prioritisation, and delivery of A/B tests and personalisation activities.
  • Helping clients design and optimise omni‑channel customer journeys and activation programmes.
  • Analysing test results and providing recommendations to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years Adobe Analytics, including extensive use of admin functions & Workspaces (additional 1+ years Adobe Customer Journey Analytics preferred).
  • Ability to support clients across workstreams that span Data Collection and Data Activation.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft office tools including spreadsheets and slide decks.
  • Proactive by default.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation delivery.
  • Excellent task management skills and comfort with triaging a long task list.
  • Enjoys working in a fast‑paced, team environment.

Location: London‑based (1 day per week), with optional meetings in Central London as needed to deliver projects for clients.
