We’re on a mission to be the biggest B2B agency in the world. How? By rethinking what B2B agencies can deliver. By going further than just building campaigns that lead to MQLs. By developing strategies that keep working post‑sale and building deeper, more meaningful customer relationships. We built our talented, flexible‑working team based on three principles: we’re inventive, always looking for new ways to deliver; we’re authentic and believe in being true to ourselves; and we’re ambitious in our approach to doing things differently.

As a Senior Account Manager at Ledger Bennett, you’ll be responsible for driving the day‑to‑day execution of client campaigns and programs. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, and align internal teams to ensure work is delivered accurately, clearly, and on schedule. Acting as the central connector between clients, media partners, and internal stakeholders, you’ll provide clear updates, remove blockers, and ensure best practices are followed across planning, scheduling, quality control, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client & Internal Coordination: Schedule and manage client calls to review deliverables, coordinating with senior leads as needed. Distribute deliverables to clients for review, tracking feedback and ensuring updates are routed to the right owners. Maintain clarity on project details by supporting weekly status calls, sharing ad‑hoc updates, and ensuring notes/action items are captured. Schedule and facilitate internal team alignment calls to keep deliverables on track and ensure the right stakeholders review key outputs. Organize internal prep sessions ahead of monthly media calls to review highlights and next steps with senior leads.
  • Media Partner Coordination: Manage calls to review client briefs, budget allocation, partner recommendations, capabilities and other facets of media strategy. Work with the media team to coordinate campaign setup, such as proposal approvals, IO process, new vendor set‑ups, etc. Ensure reporting cadence is set up and in line with client reporting and expectations. Ensure assets are developed and delivered, managing necessary revision process and launch timeline.
  • Project Management & Delivery: Manage the planning and execution of campaign deliverables across multiple workstreams. Update and monitor Monday.com boards and project plans to track progress and maintain pacing across internal and client teams. Maintain accuracy of all project boards following onboarding. Build detailed program timelines, including review cycles and QC processes. Deliver weekly internal status reports summarizing key milestones, dependencies, campaign launches, and next steps.
  • Cross‑Functional Management: Coordinate across creative, strategy, media, and client services to keep deliverables aligned and progressing on schedule. Facilitate collaboration between departments by organizing status updates, capturing action items, and ensuring accountability. Anticipate dependencies across workstreams and flag risks early to maintain momentum. Partner with senior leads to ensure smooth handovers and oversight until media responsibilities are fully transitioned. Embed quality checks and review processes into Monday.com workflows to strengthen best practices.
Requirements
  • Essential: Experience in project management, account management, or campaign coordination (ideally agency‑side). You’ll have experience working with media or direct buy campaigns. Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com). Clear, concise communicator with strong relationship‑building skills. Ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in B2B marketing or media environments. Exposure to integrated agency models and cross‑functional delivery.
