Application deadline: 30th June

Assessment centre: 9th July

Start date: 1st October

Who We Are

We are an award-winning integrated communications agency committed to bringing about change in healthcare – change informed by experience, driven by innovation and proven in delivery. Across our offices, we have multidisciplinary teams who collaborate to produce global campaigns that aim to enhance people's lives.

The Archway Programme

Havas Archway is our early careers development programme designed to build the next generation of healthcare communications professionals. This year we're taking a truly integrated approach with all of our new entrants following a curriculum that covers integrated strategy and client partnerships. You'll gain exposure across different disciplines, collaborating with multifunctional teams, learning how we use AI to maximise our potential and working on exciting global campaigns from day one.

To help you understand where your talents truly lie, you will rotate across an account executive track and a strategy executive track over a period of six months, after which you will specialise.

Two Complementary Career Paths:

  • Account Executive Track

In this role, you will work with and support the wider Client Partnerships Team to uncover the challenges and opportunities of our clients' brands and develop key pieces of client work, gaining exposure to different types of projects and developing foundational skills that will set your career off to the best possible start.

  • Work in a supportive role with senior team members to help deliver global campaigns
  • Tasks range from establishing client relationships, attending meetings, and working on budgets to liaising with internal production teams
  • Work as part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team to interpret, develop and implement client briefs
  • Master LynxAI to enhance agency workflows and your day to day role
  • Help market campaigns in exciting and innovative ways to deliver against client objectives and create meaningful change
  • Learn about the trends of the creative, health and pharmaceutical industry
  • Strategy Executive Track

To create really effective communication we need a deep understanding of our client's market, products and target audience. In this position, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and ultimately inform brand marketing strategy for our global clients.

  • Research and Insights: Analyse the landscape – websites, social media, and data trends; conduct category and competitor reviews; deep dive into understanding the behaviour and attitudes of our target audience
  • Strategy Development: Develop reports, present findings, and make recommendations that inform briefs
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with Client and Creative teams to translate insights into compelling campaign strategies
  • Winning New Business: Support pitches and new business development initiatives

What We're Looking For

You're someone with genuine curiosity about healthcare, marketing, creativity and human behaviour. You're organised, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. You thrive in collaborative environments and aren't afraid to ask questions or share ideas.

Whether your strength lies in client management, strategic thinking, or – ideally – a combination of both, you'll find your place in our integrated team.

Essential Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proactive mindset with a creative nature
  • Professional, approachable and confident in sharing your ideas
  • Excellent initiative, lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and passion for inspiring others
  • A keen interest in brand strategy, human behaviour, insight and creativity
