The Business Analyst will need to work European hours and be open to occasional travel.

- Analyse existing (“as‑is”) business processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and define optimised (“to‑be”) processes.
- Work with technical teams and vendors to translate business needs into feasible, scalable solutions.
- Ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned to business objectives.
- Act as a central point of coordination between business and delivery teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to align understanding and drive decisions.
- Challenge assumptions constructively and ensure all relevant perspectives are captured.
- Support senior stakeholders by distilling complex topics into clear summaries and decision inputs.
- Support delivery teams through build, test, and implementation phases by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.
- Assist with UAT planning and execution, including test scenario definition and defect triage.
- Ensure final solutions meet agreed requirements and business intent.
- Maintain traceability between business objectives, requirements, and delivered solutions.

- Significant experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role, ideally in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
- Proven track record of delivering clear, structured requirements for system, process, and reporting initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working across global or multi‑country organisations with differing processes and maturity levels.
