As a Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating and delivering integrated media campaigns whilst supporting the development of junior team members. This position is suited to someone with strong media planning experience who enjoys working across both strategy and execution, taking client briefs and turning them into effective, data-driven media plans. You'll work closely with senior team members and specialist channel experts to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully from planning through to activation and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day media planning and campaign delivery across a portfolio of activity.
- Interpret client briefs and develop effective media recommendations.
- Coordinate campaign activation across specialist media teams.
- Manage project timelines and workflows to ensure smooth delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients, media owners and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee campaign bookings, billing and reconciliation processes.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Support and coach Executives and Senior Executives.
- Ensure consistently high standards across all client deliverables.
- Contribute to campaign planning, reporting and strategic discussions.
Who We're Looking For
Ideal Experience
- Approximately 3+ years' experience within a media agency environment.
- Strong media planning experience with exposure to integrated campaigns.
- Experience working with digital channels including Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic.
- Ability to take client briefs and develop media recommendations independently.
- Strong understanding of campaign delivery, budgeting and reporting processes.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating multiple workstreams.
- Comfortable mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
Highly Desirable
- E-commerce and retail sector experience.
- Experience working across both brand and performance marketing.
- Exposure to offline channels such as TV, Audio or Out of Home.
- Experience managing complex, fast-paced client accounts.
