We are looking for a Social Account Manager to join our growing social team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role on a new and prestigious account in the luxury alcohol space, helping deliver best-in-class social content and campaigns for one of the world's most iconic luxury brands.

Working closely with strategy, creative, production and client teams, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of social workstreams, ensuring projects run smoothly, content meets the highest standards, and clients feel supported at every stage. We're looking for someone who combines a deep understanding of social media with excellent account management skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating work that resonates with audiences and drives results. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running quickly. We're looking for an individual with strong agency experience who is comfortable building client relationships quickly and managing complex social workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management & Leadership
    • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships.
    • Lead regular client meetings, status calls and project reviews.
    • Confidently manage client feedback and approvals processes.
    • Ensure client expectations are clearly understood and consistently exceeded.
    • Identify opportunities to add value and proactively contribute ideas that strengthen the client relationship.
  • Social Content & Campaign Delivery
    • Lead the planning and delivery of social content across multiple platforms.
    • Manage content calendars, workflows, stakeholder reviews and publishing schedules.
    • Oversee the development of social-first creative from briefing through to final delivery.
    • Ensure all content is aligned to brand guidelines, channel best practice and campaign objectives.
    • Champion social excellence and help maintain high standards across all outputs.
  • Project Management
    • Own timelines, scopes and deliverables across multiple projects and workstreams.
    • Coordinate effectively across strategy, creative, production and wider agency teams.
    • Manage budgets and resources.
    • Anticipate risks and identify solutions before issues arise.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality.
  • Reporting & Insight
    • Support the development and delivery of social performance reporting.
    • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Monitor platform developments, emerging trends and cultural moments.
    • Help identify opportunities to optimise content performance and audience engagement.

Experience

We're open to Account Manager and Senior Account Manager level candidates. You will likely have:

  • Experience in social media, digital marketing or integrated communications, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing social content programmes and campaigns.
  • Experience working directly with clients and multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using management, reporting, measurement and social listening platforms such as Wrike, Sprinklr or similar.
  • Experience delivering social reporting, insights and performance recommendations.
  • Experience working with influencer and creator campaigns.
  • Understanding of broader digital marketing channels, including paid social, display and search.
  • Experience working on premium, lifestyle or luxury brands would be highly advantageous.
