- Information Architecture & Experience Design
- Define site structures, navigation systems, and content hierarchies
- Create sitemaps, user flows, and scalable IA frameworks
- Ensure experiences are intuitive, accessible, and aligned to user and business needs

- Plan and conduct usability testing (moderated and unmoderated)
- Develop test plans, scripts, and reporting outputs
- Translate insights into actionable improvements and optimisations
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner closely with UX/UI designers to ensure smooth handoff and execution
- Work cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and development teams
- Maintain UX integrity throughout the project lifecycle
- UX Capability & Team Growth
- Define and evolve the agency’s UX methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Identify opportunities to embed UX earlier in the client lifecycle

- Proven ability to lead UX on complex, client-facing projects
- Deep understanding of usability principles and user-centred design
- Experience creating sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes
- Hands-on experience conducting user testing and synthesising insights
