The Role
We're looking for a Senior Creative who thrives on ideas, big, small, fast, and fearless. This isn't a role for someone who needs weeks to craft a single concept. We need a creative thinker who can generate multiple compelling ideas in a single brainstorm and isn't precious about any of them.
You'll work across the full spectrum of modern communications, from social-first content and influencer activations to experiential, film, OOH, and beyond. The idea is our starting point, not the channel.
What You'll Do
- Concept at pace: Develop a high volume of original, strategically-grounded ideas across briefs of all sizes
- Work fluidly across channels: Create for social, digital, experiential, branded content, partnerships, and traditional media—often all on the same brief
- Collaborate closely: Partner with strategists, designers, producers, and clients to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively
- Present with conviction: Sell your thinking confidently to internal teams and clients alike
- Stay culturally switched on: Bring a genuine passion for sports, entertainment, gaming, music, or youth culture to every brief
- Mentor and inspire: Support junior creatives and contribute to a positive, energetic team culture
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional conceptual ability—you're an "ideas person" first and foremost
- Proven pace—you've delivered great work in fast-turnaround environments
- Channel-agnostic thinking—you don't default to a single format or platform
- Strong craft sensibility—you know what good looks like, whether it's copy, design, or direction
- A portfolio that demonstrates range, originality, and smart thinking
- Excellent communication skills—articulate, persuasive, and collaborative
Nice to Have
- Some time in a traditional integrated agency
- Experience in sports, gaming, music, or entertainment marketing
- Comfort working directly with talent, athletes, or creators
- An understanding of social platforms, trends, and what makes content perform
