The Global New Business & Marketing Team

As the Global New Business Executive, you will be part of the Global New Business & Marketing team based in London, led by the Global Chief Transformation & Growth Officer. Your primary role will be to assist all global new business and marketing activities for the Havas Creative Network (HCN).

PRIMARY FOCUS

  • Support the HCN Global New Business team to:
  • Deliver business growth and meet the team’s Global KPIs
  • Win Global/multi-market/multi-capability pitches
  • Grow HCN clients and specialist agency networks
  • Maintain and uphold Global New Business processes and best practices
  • Connect with and help to drive growth for local markets
  • Deliver the global growth, prospecting, procurement and consultant strategies

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Global New Business Manager and the wider team on market connectivity and local pitch support
  • Own global network requests for pitch intelligence
  • Support the team on specialist agency requests and pitch requirements
  • Creative Intelligence: Help the team update and maintain the Global Case Study library; manage the update and creation of the Global Agencies Book and Global Agency Snapshots; maintain best practice on internal databases and sharing global best practice
  • Reporting & Tools: support the team on all projects concerning the development of GNB tools and all reporting systems/data entry including but not limited to InTouch, HubSpot, Intermediary Reports, Industry Reports, weekly pipeline reporting etc.
  • Support with the creation and delivery of Global Webinars
  • Share, maintain and uphold Global Best Practice toolkits, handbooks, guidelines and agency books
  • Support GNB on internal and external marketing events and comms
  • Own the completion of RFI submissions and surrounding documentation

TEAM

  • Work closely with the Global New Business Manager, Senior Global New Business Manager, Associate Directors, Director and Managing Partner
  • Communicate with confidence with senior Global stakeholders
  • Help maintain a culture of enthusiasm and collaboration around the Global New Business community
  • Uphold best practices to be adapted from Global to Local markets and vice-versa
  • Support the Global Comms & Marketing Team on delivering marketing initiatives and plans to prospect new clients and create PR noise

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience within an advertising agency, marketing, or similar field of 6+ months
  • Strong written, linguistic, creative and design skills
  • Knowledge of the Advertising sector and the major Global groups
  • Understanding of the Creative industry
  • Understanding of the agency New Business pitch process

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and (when required) the occasional late-night or weekend day when on a pitch deadline or across different time zones
