We are seeking a dynamic Global Content Strategy Partner to bring “social first” expertise to the strategy and planning discipline within the Havas Media Network Global Team. This new role will translate audience behaviour signals and platform insights into culture-first content strategies, breakthrough creative platforms and content ecosystems that scale globally and resonate locally. Working at the intersection of content, culture and creators to deliver innovative client work with business outcomes for a fast-changing communications landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Client Strategy & Growth: Work closely with client leadership, strategists and planners to inject social first insights and platform native ideas into the work we do with global clients. Collaborate with Havas Play to identify and open up new revenue driving opportunities for social content strategy and activation scopes of work with global clients. Be the Social lead on global pitches, involved in the process from RFI, briefing social platform partners and local market quality control through to client pitch presentations.
- Strategy Quality Control & Local Market Connectivity: Design Global client content and social transformation roadmaps, aligned to clients’ long-term business vision, accounting for category and local market nuances and the governance to operationalize it. Support the briefing and quality control reviews of media activation plans with local HMN teams for Global pitch responses to brief where social platforms and content play a major role. Play an active role in HMN’s Global Strategy and Play network communities to enable faster identification and scaling of local social and content best practice and case studies.
- Innovation & Integration: Partner with the Converged.AI product team and relevant Havas experts to drive innovation in methodologies, tools, and processes, identifying opportunities for strategy and planning capability development in the Social and Content space where appropriate. In collaboration with our Global Head of Partnerships and Havas Play, build senior relationships with key social platform partners to create greater partner innovation and provide unique opportunities for our clients. Unlock new opportunities for capability development and global client scopes of work for Content ecosystem design and transformation, working with relevant Havas Group experts. Contribute to agency thought leadership, sharing perspectives on the future of content and social both internally and externally.
Profile Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in insight or strategy roles including significant work on influencer marketing, social media or content — ideally within an agency, platform, or brand.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end creator strategies, integrated social content ecosystems and social commerce, ideally from work with global clients in multiple markets.
- Hands-on experience of influencer and social platform insight tools, and strong expertise in social listening and analytics.
- Strategic storyteller with creative flair and a passion for insight into cultural trends.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, internally and with clients.
- Commercial mindset with experience in selling new scopes of work and playing a significant role in pitch work.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead projects across functions and regions, working effectively across diverse cultures and working styles.
