This is an exciting role that is pivotal to shaping and leading one of the world’s largest coffee suppliers and distributors. We’re looking for a “can-do” attitude and “team-first” player to join our digital team. The Digital Manager will work alongside the Head of Digital to deliver on global strategic priorities, drive quality and innovative solutions, and ensure adherence to overall digital planning, activation and operational best practices by local markets.
You will work with global and local teams of specialists to create perfectly aligned communication solutions and share exchange of best practice. You will be a key member in developing innovative digital strategies that consider the consumers’ decision-making process and that respect the role of offline channels. You will also develop the implementation approach for this strategy alongside local channel specialists within the team. You are always up to date on digital developments and new digital solutions and inform your clients accordingly. You build good relationships with key media partners to provide the best service and access to products and resources. You will manage and review the local execution of digital strategy, implementation and reporting. You will play a leading role in the digital training of staff and in the development of clients and staff on all digital topics.
Skills
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing field – media planning/activation preferred.
- Paid social background preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient understanding of digital technology partners (i.e. IAS, Google Marketing Platform).
- Comfortable adapting to new AI tools and skilled in usage of AI to enhance performance and drive better client outcomes.
- General knowledge of marketing technology solutions required for paid media activity (i.e. Customer Relationship Management, Mobile Measurement Platforms, Analytics etc.)
- Confident and passionate presenter.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator.
- Strong sense of problem solving, critical thinking, and solutions-oriented creativity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
