About Havas Media Network
Havas Media Network (HMN) employs over 900 people in the UK & Ireland. We are passionate about helping our clients create more Meaningful Brands through the creation and delivery of more valuable experiences. Our mission is to make a meaningful difference to the brands, the businesses and the lives of the people we work with.
Our Ambition
At Havas Media Network, we create Meaningful Media that drives growth for the world’s most ambitious brands. Guided by our values—Human at Heart, Head for Rigour, and Mind for Flair—we embed genuine human insight, data-driven discipline and creative daring into everything we do. This role sits at the heart of that promise—bridging day-to-day planning with specialist capabilities to ensure data-driven thinking enhances every stage of media delivery.
The Role
The BC TV Licensing account is a key element of the overall BBC portfolio within Havas. Having recently retained the account for the 3rd time, we are continuing to evolve and expand their media activation across a breadth of channels. We are looking for someone who collaborates well within an integrated team relationship alongside the client and their creative and marketing agency. It’s a fast-paced, multi-faceted account which requires excellent account management and organisational skills to manage a number of stakeholders. As a significant proportion of the funding of the BBC, the TV Licensing activity requires us to deliver communications to large, diverse audiences across the UK, whilst ensuring every pound spent is measured through a robust framework. We are looking for a team player who will be responsible for helping to continue to drive the team forward and deliver operational excellence.
BBC Marketing is split across Manchester & London. The London account team are tasked with management and development of the performance-driven element. This includes complementing the organic & CRM activity known as LifeCycle, which is tasked with keeping people engaged with the BBC, and app-based marketing activities across the BBC roster of apps. This is a growth-based function within the team requiring someone with experience managing growth-specific campaigns and conversion-driving digital channels. The role is a good mix of client communications and internal stakeholder management, so we are looking for a team player who doesn’t mind getting stuck in and wearing multiple hats.
