Summary of Our Role
As our Head of Patient Engagement, you\โll lead our global strategy, working with clients, internal teams, and patient communities to design and deliver impactful engagement programmes. You\โll champion patient-first thinking, drive meaningful change, and position our agency as a thought leader in this space.
This is a full-time role and our current hybrid working arrangement is two days from home. Our office is located in Kings Cross.
What You Can Expect to Be Doing:
- Defining and leading our integrated patient engagement offering, aligning with client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Advising clients on how, where, and when to work with patient representatives across the treatment lifecycle.
- Designing and overseeing patient engagement activities, including advisory boards, advocacy partnerships, and co-created solutions.
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with patient groups, advocates, and influencers.
- Ensuring compliance with global and local regulations (e.g., ABPI, EFPIA, GDPR).
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a multi-disciplinary team.
- Driving new business efforts, from thought leadership to proposals and pitches.
- Measuring and reporting on the impact of patient engagement programmes.
