We are currently looking for a Digital Account Executive to join our collaborative, multi-skilled team.
The role is full-time, permanent and hybrid with 3 days per week in our vibrant London office at King’s Cross.
The Role Overview
The Digital Account Executive is part of a dedicated social and digital team, supporting account teams across a variety of healthcare projects. You will contribute to the development of creative and engaging content across social media and digital platforms, supporting campaign delivery, and driving innovative strategies shaping our approach to social and digital healthcare communications.
You’ll have the opportunity to grow, collaborate with a passionate team, and work on meaningful projects that impact the healthcare industry!
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creating social media and digital content calendars around milestones like disease awareness campaigns and healthcare conferences.
- Collaborating with the design team to produce assets such as GIFs, videos, animations, and banners.
- Learning and contributing to paid media activities, including ad setup, monitoring, and reporting.
- Monitoring conversations on social media and providing insights through timely and relevant reports.
- Developing an understanding of the best platforms and formats for reaching campaign goals.
- Assisting with client meeting agendas, action notes, and day-to-day communication.
- Contributing to research and insights to new business pitches and proposals.
- Staying up to date with trends and developments in digital platforms and sharing insights with the team and clients.
You will bring:
- 12–18 months of account handling experience from a healthcare agency with exposure to social & digital
- Strong knowledge and understanding of social media and digital communications
- Demonstrated interest in digital media, industry trends, and platform developments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and collaborative team player
