We’re looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Career Starter Programme at our London Kings Cross office. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, in-depth training, and a solid foundation in healthcare communications.

Please note that our current hybrid working arrangement is three days in the office per week.

What You Can Expect:

  • A structured training programme designed to give you a deep understanding of medical communications.
  • A hybrid work environment, with 3 days per week based in our vibrant office
  • The opportunity to play a key role in supporting client accounts through administrative and logistical tasks.
  • Gradual progression towards managing projects independently as your confidence and skills grow.
  • Hands-on experience in media monitoring, reporting, relationship building, and event management—all essential skills in the industry.
