The Havas Media Network spans London, Leeds, Manchester & Edinburgh, servicing our clients brilliantly through our agencies including Havas Media, Havas Entertainment and Search Laboratory. This role is based in London’s King’s Cross along with the Havas creative group in what we call the Havas Village. We maximise collaboration and offer our clients a powerful combination of creative, content and media excellence, scale, agility and innovation.

About our Digital Activation Team:

  • Delivering Unrivalled effectiveness – by taking advantage of our scale to deliver our work more effectively.

The Role:

We’re hiring a hands-on Programmatic Supply & Product Manager to run curated supply and uphold quality across Havas’ Meaningful Marketplaces using our Converged, AI-enabled proprietary suite of data and tools. You’ll have operational ownership of delivery while taking direction on strategy and priorities. You will support activity across our agencies and markets (UK and multi-market) for Display, Video, and Connected TV, working closely with Commercial Operations and the Programmatic team.

You will execute assigned deliverables from the Programmatic Supply & Product roadmap—running vendor pilots, rolling out improvements, and documenting best practices—while providing weekly operational management of curated supply. This includes maintaining and growing our Meaningful Marketplaces, and building and QA’ing PMPs and packages with SSPs/publishers, then translating supply reporting into clear actions for teams.

You will coordinate day-to-day supply operations and product enablement initiatives—from curated supply and marketplace updates to quality governance—ensuring smooth implementation, clear communication, and measurable outcomes. Quality governance here means brand safety and fraud checks, plus troubleshooting with partners. You’ll collaborate with Programmatic, Investment, and external partners to keep workstreams on track and continuously improve performance.

Given the pace of change in programmatic, this role balances weekly operational tasks with project-based deliverables across the year. As part of a growing capability within a large department, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our programmatic supply and supporting the evolution of our tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run day-to-day supply operations: reporting, troubleshooting, and curation of Meaningful Marketplaces using Havas’ Converged tools.
  • Build, QA, and maintain PMPs/curated packages across DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP; uphold naming conventions and QA standards.
  • Monitor pacing, quality, and brand suitability; troubleshoot with partners and implement fixes that improve delivery and efficiency.
  • Be the primary operational contact for SSPs/publishers: schedule regular check-ins, track actions, and plan operational changes based on partner updates.
  • Support supply path optimisation: apply preferred partner guidance and contribute data for partner rationalisation.
  • Uphold certifications and compliance (e.g., ads.txt/sellers.json checks; support IAB Gold Standard and TAG Brand Safety/Anti-Fraud requirements).
  • Maintain and improve supply reporting; translate data into clear summaries and next actions for the Digital Solutions Partner, Investment, and the Programmatic team.
  • Contribute to training and onboarding on supply best practices; document SOPs and standardise QA checks.
  • Execute assigned roadmap items via vendor pilots and structured rollouts; document outcomes and add to playbooks.
  • Stay curious and propose ideas: scan campaigns and partner updates, surface recommendations to the Digital Solutions Partner, and suggest tests where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on DSP operations in DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP (PMP setup/curation, QA, troubleshooting).
  • Analytical and action-oriented: strong Excel/Sheets (pivots, XLOOKUP, nested formulas); turns supply reports into clear next steps.
  • Plan and deliver work: scopes tasks, manages dependencies, and keeps status tight across weekly ops and small pilots.
  • Clear communicator with stakeholder confidence: explains technical topics simply; works well with SSPs/publishers and senior internal partners.
  • Problem-solver with high QA standards: prioritises issues, implements fixes, and documents SOPs/standards for repeatability.
  • Self-starter, curious, and reliable: operates autonomously within agreed guardrails; meets deadlines and brings forward practical ideas/tests.

Nice to Have:

  • SSP UI and marketplace curation exposure (e.g., Magnite, PubMatic, Index), inclusion lists.
  • Quality/governance familiarity: brand safety, fraud/IVT, viewability/attention; ads.txt/sellers.json; IAB Gold Standard and TAG.
  • SPO and transparency exposure: supply path analysis and preferred partner execution.
  • Experience with proprietary toolsets and/or basic BI/SQL/Looker/Tableau for deeper analysis.
