This is a fantastic opportunity to join Forward Media (part of the Havas Media Network) in an Account Executive position. Forward Media is responsible for the planning and buying of advertising campaigns for a high-profile luxury portfolio client. As Publishing Account Executive you will be accountable for all Publishing activity, across both Print and Digital platforms, as well as Digital Direct activity. The Account Executive supports the Publishing Account Managers/Directors in all day to day buying and campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include:

  • Business: Take ownership of daily campaign planning and buying, including schedule creation, booking, tracking and post campaign reporting. Track campaign positioning, reporting results to the Account Manager/Director or clients when relevant. Escalate any campaign delivery issues to Manager / Director as they arise. Learn and hone skills across the Luxury Publishing marketplace, inclusive of digital so as to build a solid understanding of the market and the cross‑platform advertising opportunities within. Develop cohesive and effective relationships with key media partners within the Luxury space to understand their offering in detail and be able to objectively evaluate new players.
  • Client: Develop professional and trusted relationships with your clients and accommodate their requirements in a timely manner. Demonstrate passion, pride, and professionalism to delight your clients and effectively articulate the power and role of the Publishing landscape. Ensure accurate delivery of campaigns and manage market fluctuations. Interrogate and understand the client’s business and ensure that delivery across publishing media supports and delivers a return to client. Show rigour and attention to detail when buying vs plan and agreed KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with planning teams to ensure first‑class client service. Show proactivity ensuring regular updates are shared with Director. Assist Publishing team members during peak periods to help alleviate workloads and ensure timely task completion. Stay engaged with key media partners to drive incremental revenue into the Forward Media Team. Work closely with the wider Investment & Activation teams to ensure overall client delivery requirements are met. Contribute to our culture of passion, pride, and investment excellence. Operate as ‘one team’ to deliver the very best output, market leading delivery and innovative ideas across all briefs. Always epitomise professional conduct and treat colleagues with respect.
