This is an exciting position within Paid Social for an Executive, working on a diverse range of clients. You’ll be developed to manage key pieces of business, providing a superior service to our clients and delivering innovative communications planning solutions. You will develop and apply your knowledge of paid social communications platforms to identify the most appropriate mediums and solutions to overcome the challenges clients are facing.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate campaign set up across all social media platforms – to brief and deadline
- Manage paid media campaigns as they go live, providing real-time optimisation recommendations to improve results
- Daily pacing and tracking of campaign performance across portfolio of clients and communicate to Social Managers or Social Director on any irregularities
- Provide accurate data for campaign reporting and contribute to post campaign performance reports
- Establish strong relationships with Client Planning teams enabling clear and effective communication, building trust and influence for Paid Social
- Own month end reconciliation process
- Support in the resolution of financial queries in a timely manner
- Participate in client meetings as required
- Contribute to wider Paid Social team meetings, sharing learnings and providing updates as appropriate
Who We’re Looking For
- An early‑career candidate, including school leavers, graduates, or those with relevant or transferable experience
- Ideally a degree or equivalent experience demonstrating analytical, quantitative, communications or marketing skills
- Numerate and comfortable working with data, including processing and interpretation
- Able to communicate clearly and accurately in written and spoken English for business purposes
- Interested in technology and motivated to learn about new technology developments
- A keen problem solver with strong attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset
- A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic, who is self‑motivated and able to show initiative
- Previous experience using data processing or analysis platforms (for example through academic projects or work experience) is desirable but not required
- Comfortable participating in regular remote video calls as part of day‑to‑day collaboration
- An understanding of web delivery and marketing technology (e.g. cookies, ad servers, HTTP protocols) is desirable but not required
- An interest in advertising and the ability to apply innovative thinking when developing solutions
