This is an exciting role that is pivotal to leading and shaping digital media campaigns for our international automotive clients.

The Digital Manager will work in close collaboration with the Global Account teams and will coordinate with Havas specialists (e.g. Data, AdOps, Programmatic and Social experts).

The role will address day-to-day digital questions and assist with troubleshooting technical issues.

Other responsibilities include communicating ideas for improving and refining existing processes and assisting with the training of teams and clients.

Mission & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Global Client Account teams to plan global digital campaigns within tight timelines.
  • Manage Havas specialist and external partner inputs to create client-friendly digital strategies.
  • Provide clear digital audience, measurement, tagging, reporting, and testing recommendations.
  • Use historical performance benchmarks to select digital partners and targeting.
  • Update Global Client Account teams on digital campaign progress, learnings, or challenges.
  • Provide guidance on structure or function of global accounts, platforms, and taxonomy tools.
  • Develop innovative digital strategies and best practice that considers the customerโ€™s decision journey.
  • Keep up to date on digital developments and new digital solutions and update your Global Client Account teams or clients accordingly.
  • Build good relationships with key media partners to provide the best service and access to products and resources.
  • Play a leading role in the digital training and development of global clients and Global Client Account teams.

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ yearsโ€™ experience in digital marketing field โ€“ digital media coordination backgrounds preferred.
  • Previous examples of planning and launching Direct, Programmatic + Social campaigns.
  • Good understanding of digital platform, ad-server, creatives, and measurement processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage internal and external partner deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Accurate and attentive to detail.
