As a Technical Enablement Engineer, you will support clients in building a single customer view and integrating it with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related Adobe applications such as CJA, RTCDP, AJO, as well as other data platforms for activation and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Client Enablement Leads and Specialists in defining and executing technical requirements.
- Provide client‑side and server‑side data collection implementation plans, including onsite tracking and product data enrichment.
- Lead data ingestion processes, defining schemas for unified datasets and performing ETL using Python and SQL to load data into CDPs such as AEP, Tealium AudienceStream, etc.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for profile attributes, audience segmentation, destination mapping and journey orchestration.
- Design and implement Adobe CJA solutions end‑to‑end, aligning dataset schemas, identity stitching, data views, derived fields and calculated metrics.
- Engage directly with clients, participating in calls with technical and business teams to interpret requirements and surface potential challenges.
- Conduct technical integration and deployment tasks, including server‑side tag management, Adobe Tags (Launch), Tealium iQ, and AI agent workflows via Model Context Protocol.
- Pursue official developer certification for at least one core DMPG tool.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate implementation and continuous improvement of the data stack.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and task‑management skills.
- Experience with server‑side implementation, server‑side tag management, and event forwarding.
- Hands‑on experience working with AEP configurations for enterprise clients.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Python/ETL.
- Familiarity with LLM tooling or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Sense of humour (preferred).
