Hello, we are Ledger Bennett, the integrated B2B agency within Havas Group. We're uniquely positioned at the intersection of entrepreneurial spirit and global scale. Since 1985, we've been obsessed with a singular mission: transforming one-time buyers into Forever Customers, creating long-term value rather than just short-term impact. We deliver this through the powerful fusion of data, creativity, and media.
We’re looking for a Lead UX Strategist to define and elevate user experience across websites and digital campaigns. This is a client-facing role focused on usability, information architecture, and user validation through testing. You’ll lead the definition of experience frameworks, from structure and flows to wireframes, whilst partnering closely with UX/UI designers who bring these experiences to life visually. Crucially, this role goes beyond project delivery. You’ll play a key part in shaping and growing the agency’s UX offering, with the opportunity to establish processes, influence strategy, and build a UX team over time.
Key Responsibilities- UX Strategy & Client Leadership
- Lead UX strategy across client engagements, from discovery through to delivery
- Translate business objectives and campaign goals into clear, user-centered experience strategies
- Facilitate workshops (e.g. discovery, journey mapping, IA definition)
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, confidently presenting and defending UX decisions
- Information Architecture & Experience Design
- Define site structures, navigation systems, and content hierarchies
- Create sitemaps, user flows, and scalable IA frameworks
- Ensure experiences are intuitive, accessible, and aligned to user and business needs
- Wireframing & Experience Definition
- Produce low- to mid-fidelity wireframes that define layout, structure, and interaction patterns
- Focus on user journeys, content prioritisation, and functional requirements
- Provide clear documentation and rationale to support design and development
- User Research & Testing
- Plan and conduct usability testing (moderated and unmoderated)
- Develop test plans, scripts, and reporting outputs
- Translate insights into actionable improvements and optimisations
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner closely with UX/UI designers to ensure smooth handoff and execution
- Work cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and development teams
- Maintain UX integrity throughout the project lifecycle
- UX Capability & Team Growth
- Define and evolve the agency’s UX methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Identify opportunities to embed UX earlier in the client lifecycle
- Contribute to new business pitches and thought leadership
- Support hiring, mentoring, and growing a UX team over time
- Strong experience in UX strategy, information architecture, or UX research within an agency or consultancy
- Proven ability to lead UX on complex, client-facing projects
- Deep understanding of usability principles and user-centred design
- Experience creating sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes
- Hands-on experience conducting user testing and synthesising insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, Axure, or similar
- Clear, effective UX strategies that improve usability and performance
- Strong client confidence in UX as a strategic discipline
- Consistent, high-quality experience frameworks across projects
- A defined and growing UX capability within the agency
- Foundations in place to scale a UX team
