Our role
As the Paid & Endemic Media Executive, you will play a key role in the establishment, management and optimisation of healthcare media campaigns across both biddable channels (search, social, programmatic) and endemic healthcare publisher environments (HCP journals, medical networks, point of care). You will develop foundational expertise in the healthcare media landscape, gaining hands on experience with campaign delivery, partner liaison, and performance analytics. You will support internal teams, liaise with suppliers and help ensure campaigns run effectively while learning the core skills needed for progression within the media discipline. This combined remit reflects modern healthcare media roles, where integrated knowledge across paid and endemic ecosystems is increasingly essential for impactful and compliant campaigns.
What you can expect to be doing:
- Work with media planning team to research the most effective solutions and mediums to reach and engage target audiences
- Share paid media recommendations, specifications and best practices with the account and creative teams to utilise buys most effectively
- Work alongside the Senior Paid Media Executive to communicate media requirements to partners, establish rates, availability, negotiate prices and favourable packages
- Maintaining contact with partners, ensuring statistics, delivery figures are up to date
- Support on the development of media plans that finalise the strategy and negotiated rates / solutions with partners.
- Monitor each media campaign to ensure that the advertisements run/appear on different media according to the agreement with partner. If not, work with the partner to account for the missed advertisement
- Analyse the effectiveness of the campaign and use this data to inform future campaigns
