This is a full‑time, permanent role based in our state‑of‑the‑art Havas Village London. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning, executing and optimising integrated marketing campaigns and events. You’ll contribute across a broad range of activity, from digital channels and CRM to content and event delivery, helping ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering hands‑on marketing across digital channels, including content, social media, website management, and CRM.
  • Organising and delivering events, handling logistics such as invitations, registration, room set‑up, supplier coordination and on‑the‑day support.
  • Supporting the execution of integrated marketing and growth campaigns, defining objectives, audiences, messaging and channels.
  • Applying brand guidelines to ensure tone of voice and visual consistency across all communications.
  • Drafting external communications such as trade press releases announcing client wins, senior hires and key updates for approval.
  • Supporting new business activity by preparing pitch materials, credential decks and marketing assets.
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing performance, producing reports on website, social, event and email performance.
  • Managing website updates (CMS publishing, content updates, basic SEO tasks) and supporting digital/social activity.
  • Using the CRM day‑to‑day to support campaigns, events, audience lists and pipeline tracking (but not typically owning CRM strategy or governance).

Skills & Experience

  • Up to 2 years relevant experience in a marketing role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including content, social, CRM and events.
  • Experience organising and delivering events, with strong attention to detail and logistical coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and engaging external communications.
  • Good understanding of brand management and the ability to apply tone of voice and visual guidelines consistently.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how marketing activity supports business growth and client engagement.
  • Data literate, with experience tracking performance and using insights to improve activity.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with experience working effectively with colleagues and a range of stakeholders.
  • Willingness to support corporate events, including welcoming visitors, representing the organisation, and coordinating logistics (room set‑up, catering and AV) with internal stakeholders and support teams.
