The Experience Designer is responsible for the navigation, organization, interaction design, and business/user process engineering for leading-edge Web solutions, software, and mobile devices/applications. The Experience Designer will apply user-centered design methods to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into world-class user experiences for leading companies.
We’re looking for a Junior Experience Designer to join our multidisciplinary Experience Design (XD) team at Inviqa. The role is a combination of research and traditional UX/UI work, that could also be described as a Junior Product Designer role. You’ll be part of a small team of 12 Experience Designers that share a passion for crafting compelling, evidence-based and beautiful customer experiences. From website re-designs to optimisation programs, service design strategies, chatbot interfaces and fiddling with AI tools to support our craft - you’ll have loads of exposure working on some delightful projects for leading brands. This is an entry level UX role, so you’ll be supported in your work by a more senior member of our team.
Key Responsibilities:- User Research & Discovery
- Assist in the planning and conducting user research activities (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Help analyse qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights
- Support workshop preparation and facilitation (e.g. ideation sessions, journey mapping)
- Support the clear documentation of research findings
- UX & UI Design
- Assist in auditing of existing experiences and the concepting of solutions or new experiences based on research, strategy and data
- Contribute to the creation of wireframes, user flows and low to mid fidelity prototypes
- Support the high-fidelity design of new experiences and the optimisation of existing ones
- Help to maintain quality and consistency across design systems and component libraries
- Support the playback of the project to internal and client-side stakeholders at key milestones of projects
- Collaboration
- Help to prepare design documentation and assets for development teams
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, strategy, design) in agile delivery environments.
- Continuous Learning
- Stay informed about design trends, UX methodologies, accessibility standards, and product thinking
- Engage in training courses and internal knowledge sharing through Inviqa’s culture of collaboration and learning

Foundational Skills- Basic understanding of UX principles, human-centred design, and user research

- Comfortable interpreting analytics or research insights to inform design decisions
- Be familiar with AI-powered tools across design and research workflows and understand how they can support efficiency

- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
