Reporting: Reports to Head of Finance
Job Purpose: Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will play a key role within the Finance Team, supporting with a range of finance related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter billing data for retainer and time & materials work into our forecasting tool.
- Input forecast data for both existing and new clients into our forecasting tool.
- Liaise with account teams as appropriate to ensure POs are received.
- Enter billing details into our billing system, ensuring all relevant data points and PO numbers are included by the account teams.
- Upload invoices directly via client procurement portals when required.
- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets once billing has taken place.
- Involve in client set‑ups on our systems.
- Ad‑hoc tasks.
