Job Summary

Agency: Havas Media Group.

We are seeking an experienced digital media professional to join our Global Digital team, shaping a best‑in‑class digital media/data approach for international clients.

The role includes oversight of technology and processes, collaboration with global, regional, and local teams, and delivery of digital guidance, governance, and international campaigns.

You will manage global and local specialists, create aligned communication solutions, share best practices, and translate complex digital and data information into clear, actionable insights for clients ranging from experts to novices.

Additionally, you will propose process improvements and support training for teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients, colleagues, and key ad‑tech and media partners.
  • Build relationships with internal Client and Activation teams across multiple Havas business units.
  • Create and manage global priority projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and measurable outcomes.
  • Guide and advise on data available within trading platforms for reporting and insight generation.
  • Troubleshoot platform and campaign issues.
  • Communicate ideas for improving and refining existing processes.
  • Assist with the training of teams and clients.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience across various platforms, particularly GMP.
  • Proven track record delivering creative digital strategies and best practice.
  • Familiarity with data types and audiences available on trading platforms.
  • Ability to build creative digital media strategies and solutions.
  • Ability to consider the role of digital media and data in the broader media/communications picture.
  • Strong data‑driven insight generation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to make technical information easy to understand.
