Your role as a Client Partner is about understanding your clients in every way; being central to the relationship that we hold – you will be the client within the agency. As Client Partner, you will need to understand what’s keeping your client awake at night, getting deep into their business – both operationally and strategically. You will bring to them the best of what we have on offer to ensure effective problem solving and brand growth. This role is leading one of our most prestigious and longest partnerships, Domino’s. Marketing Society Brand of the Year, Domino’s ambition is to deliver ‘crowd pleasing’ communications to potential customers across the UK. From long term media partnerships to cross agency innovation, Domino’s is one of the most progressive advertisers in the UK.
As Client Partner, you and your team are the heartbeat of the agency. You will be a calm and assured, motivated individual with an attitude and mindset to convey real care, craft, and creativity. For your team, you will be a leading figure, and someone that will play a pivotal role in motivating those around you, bridging the requirements of both the client and wider agency.
You will:
- Work with the HR team when required to manage and resolve conflict situations, escalate welfare concerns and deal with team personnel issues, and if required, be confident in disciplinary matters.
- Independently engage in tasks which require a high degree of interpretation of complex information.

- Use experience and industry knowledge to identify planning, strategic and where appropriate, commercials improvements to client and Havas Group.
