Also experience in CX & CRM would be a bonus.****Responsibilities**• **Develop scopes of work** – able to scope large projects (£200k+), adhering to the client’s needs and expectations on project goals and objectives. This will involve developing scopes of work, estimates and timings, receiving feedback throughout the project, and providing updates.• **Manage timings** – able to effectively communicate timings externally and internally. Work closely with our resource manager and tech team to book a variety of projects whilst identifying and resolving any conflicts through collaboration with other producers/teams.• **Manage budgets** – tracking budgets and expenditure for a variety of projects.Monitoring any change control and scope any costs associated with this. Then raise POs for external suppliers.• **Champion ways of working** – participate in establishing practices, templates,policies, tools and processes to manage the accounts and projects more effectively.• **Coordinate teams** – able to coordinate teams of various skill sets includingstrategists, creatives, design, tech, client services and other internal stakeholders.• **Communicate effectively** – clearly communicate with internal teammates to setpriorities, meet objectives, ensure that project milestones and budget expectations are met, and determine project expectations across all departments. Including working with third party production companies to organise large productions film, stills events, experiences etc.• **Build relationships** – able to foster relationships with each department (strategy,creative, design, tech, client services), collaborating with everyone to ensure thesmooth delivery of projects.
