Role
As a producer, you’ll be expected to work across a range of mediums & will need experience in producing assets including film and still shoots, print, social and digital media. Also experience in CX & CRM would be a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Develop scopes of work – able to scope large projects (£200k+), adhering to the client’s needs and expectations on project goals and objectives.
- Manage timings – able to effectively communicate timings externally and internally.
- Manage budgets – tracking budgets and expenditure for a variety of projects.
- Champion ways of working – participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and processes to manage the accounts and projects more effectively.
- Coordinate teams – able to coordinate teams of various skill sets including strategists, creatives, design, tech, client services and other internal stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively – clearly communicate with internal teammates to set priorities, meet objectives, ensure that project milestones and budget expectations are met.
- Build relationships – able to foster relationships with each department, collaborating with everyone to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
- Problem solver – identifying issues and risks early in the process and coming up with solutions.
