THE ROLE:

Forward Media is the specialist luxury division within Havas Media Network, offering a unique opportunity to work across globally recognised luxury brands within the LVMH portfolio and help deliver innovative biddable campaigns for some of the world's most prestigious names. This is an exciting position as a Biddable Manager within the Biddable team. You’ll be working across some of our most prestigious accounts, with a strong emphasis on agility as you work closely with your direct team as well as the client planning team.

Our managers are given the autonomy to work seamlessly across their client teams, providing outstanding biddable knowledge and leading biddable approaches for clients. Their knowledge is applied not only to campaign plans but also contribute to the wider team; helping to develop the biddable skills of those more junior as well as working on progressive innovative ideas with the directors in their team. This role is responsible for the management and development of one Executive within the larger team.

Our Managers are enthusiastic in building a strong culture of collaboration and support, playing a key role in our extensive training programme; delivering basic parts with others in the team as well as being involved in more advanced training to help their own development in an ever-changing landscape. They have a wide network of specialist support within the rest of the team – across Trading, Planning and Supply - and report into the Biddable Account Director daily as well as to shape and deploy new biddable initiatives and client solutions, providing essential feedback and ideas.

They will also work closely between the Paid Social and Programmatic teams and wider agency, working as a collaborative unit across their clients, building best practice, learnings and innovation across the entire Havas Group. The role is perfect for someone who has had a background in Paid Social and/or Programmatic or has worked closely with various Paid Social and/or Programmatic platforms and is looking to take their career to the next step, advising and putting Biddable into action with clients. It also provides development opportunities in wider digital roles with wider exposure into other digital channels. There is a big focus on training & development within the Biddable team, so candidates will not only be evaluated on their strengths but also their attitude to learning new skills.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Solid planning and buying experience working with paid social and/or programmatic.
  • Excellent understanding of the role of Paid Social and Programmatic in the wider media mix in order to achieve a client’s overarching business objective.
  • 18 months+ trading experience, ideally in Meta, DV360, TikTok, MediaMath, Twitter, Teads, LinkedIn, Verizon DSPs, Snap and/or Amazon DSP as well as knowledge of adservers, especially DCM.
  • Able to produce Biddable media plans & supporting rationale documents that demonstrate a high level of expertise and innovation.
  • Be client facing as necessary depending on the needs of specific accounts, as the Biddable specialist within the client team.
  • Working knowledge of audience forecasting and reporting tools as well as DSP audience insight tools.
  • Develop and evolve best-in‑class client reporting including meaningful post campaign analysis and feedback.
  • Continually act as an ambassador for the agency at internal and external events, demonstrating our agency values and lending to the development of a great agency culture.
  • Enhance their day to day work with innovation projects within the Biddable team that drive future opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Operate media planning and buying (when required) for your client portfolio on your channel in alignment with planning guidelines (omnichannel strategy) and usage of appropriate decision frameworks.
  • Ensure the smooth running of campaigns respecting deadlines.
  • Ensure client satisfaction on the campaign delivery and performance.
  • Be accountable for reaching the target objectives/productivity plan, driving the trading teams in reaching their objectives.
  • Weekly reporting, client calls and post campaign analysis providing meaningful insights and future opportunities.
  • Pro-active presentations to promote programmatic capabilities both internally and externally.
  • Working closely with the Biddable Account Director to develop client and client team understanding of biddable.
  • Actively providing feedback to Biddable Account Director on the prioritisation of ways of working, new product features and capabilities.
  • Ownership or active participation on wider biddable projects outside of day to day campaigns, e.g. measurement frameworks.
  • Working across multiple digital media platforms including, but not limited to, Google Marketing Platform, Integral Ad Science, Lumen, etc.
  • Managing day to day workload, and personal development of junior team members who will report into you.
